i have known these two men for sometime now, about the same length of time in fact.  I love them both so very much , i live with one of them (donald), and the other has been incarcerated for awhile(jason).  he's out.  the one i live with is aware that i am a poly  (polypagan to be exact)  and donald is very accepting and supportive.  we have lived together for over a year now...a few years ago the jason and i lived together for over a year and a half.  donald is my stability, my spiritual egual...my rock.  and jason makes me crazy, my whole body tingles at the thought of being in his presence (not just sex)  but as of late donald and i have had communication issues...and he knows about jason....but dosent know he's back yet...
so my question is ...how would i go about telling donald, should i wait awhile?  and i have to bring the whole thing up to jason....but they do know of eachother...and have spoken several times in the past year....helpful advice would be appreciated
