What is the best diet to do? What kind the food may I eat? Should I stop the sugars? May I drink?

there isn't a specific diet to do. As long as you drink lots of water, and avoid drinking soda and drinks that contain lots of sugars and lots of carbohydrate, that will help also if you do at least 30 min of walking a day and gradually increase the time say 1 week 30 min next week 45 min the 1 hour and so on.
It will also help if you do some type of exercise like sit ups and jump rope 15 min a day the also add time to it every week. That will help also. But if you don't see results they you have to cut on junk food and each more healthy

Iam doing a diet I don't eat nothing I just
eat fruit salad an lots of water every day is that good or bad for my body. I do alot of exercise I even go to a gym to lose weight because I dont want to be fat.

Eat 1 meal a day. Drink a lot of water. Exercise atleast 1 hour a day. Go out and have fun because that will make you forget that your on the diet. (exampel sports that you like to play)

Is there such a thing as a high carb diet? Carbs are what keep you're body going.Just make sure these carbs are complex. Breads, pasta, rice, they're all good! Low carb diets just waste your time. Even though those kinds of diets seem "healthy", these kinds of foods (not counting lean meats or produce) are high in fat. I'd just suggest cutting down on calories and don't eat fatty foods.
It's not a bad idea to CUT DOWN on sugars, but sugar substitutes are just as bad. Get most of your sugars from fruits. Frozen grapes are really good.
Your really allowed everything when your dieting. Portion control is a big factor when dieting. You can eat pizza, but you'll probably only be able to get a taste. The same with peanut butter.
Hungrygirl.com is a ROCKING website if your looking for yummy snacks that you won't feel guilty about later. I still have a whole list of foods I want to try that were mentioned in some of their articles.
