NEED A DIAGRAM SHOWING ME HOW TO WIRE 208V
30 AMP.
ALSO A DIAGRAM HOW TO WIRE 115V MOTOR WITH 2 SWITCHES FOR UP AND DOWN OPERATION

If this is 208v3ph you would use 3 legs via dual element fuses. If you have a fuse box if not you can use a breaker and will will need a motorstarter neam 1 without knowing what you are connecting I cannot tell you the heater size assumming you are connecting a motor?

115 vac motor is only going to turn one way no matter how many switches you hook up to it.now a dc motor that can be reversed by switching polarity.
