I am divorced in 1997, the court awarded the custody to the mother.  Many cruel treatment to my son by his mother, I have tried to gain custody but I was ill advised by my attorney  That I have no chances, I cannot see him suffering so I took him and fled to India in sept 1998 where I am origionally from. I became a fugitive, I like to return Nashville and explain to the Judge but my attorney's will not speak to me some reason.

My son age about 13 years 9 month his passport expired the embassy will not renew it , unless they have court order or mother conscent, I cannot reach my ex wife she has moved.

Please advise for my options, I like to surrender my self and expalin to the judge why I did it, is there any legal services are available for low income person.
