If a creature cant be the target of spells or abilities can a Wrath of God kill it?

Yes, it can. Wrath of God does not target. The creature can also be damaged by Earthquake, Pyroclasm, Hurricane, etc, as those effects also do not target. A creature that has protection from white is also destroyed, for instance.

IF I HAVE DAY OF THE DRAGONS IN PLAY, AND I DESTROY IT AND USE STANDARDIZE, THE DRAGONS STAYS IN PLAY YES OR NOT?

The tokens will live. Day of the dragons says that when it leaves play you destroy all dragons in play (regardless of if they are tokens or not). So if you make all the dragon tokens some other kind of creature, they wont die when the Day leaves play.

Doesnt protection from a colour mean that damage from a source of that colour is reduced to zero and so pyroclasm and hurricane for example wouldnt work?
