DOES A SEAT BELT TICKET SHOW UP ON YOUR DRIVING RECORD IN ILLINOIS AND INDIANA

I would like to know if you have someone in the car with you that don't like to wear there seat belt I you are the driver wearing yours but they won't could you be the one in trouble and find for it. I live in Kansas my e- mail is midnightblue@everestkc.net
