Is it normal to have your monthly period 2 weeks before schedule?

I know if you are on birth control pills you can get "breakthrough" about midmonth. This can be a little spotting, or even like a light period.

what is wrong when you have a period for two weeks and it is moving onto three weeks?

is it normal to have your monthly period twice in a month only 19 days break?
