When can you start feeding your Kesshond twice a day? My Keeshond is almost 5 months old.

my dog is 7 months old and we feed him once a day. At 4 months you can switch from puppy food to adult and cut to two feedings.  We started the once a day thing last month. This was recomended to us by our vet!
