THE ONLY WAYS IS TO GO TO SCHOOL AND GET CERTIFIED IT ONLY TAKES LIKE 6 WEEKS. BUT PERSONALLY THE PRICE YOU PAY IS NOT WORTH IT. I WOULD SUGGEST BECOMING AN APPRENTICE TO A PROFESSIONAL THEY CAN TEACH YOU. USUALLY YOU TRADE FAVORS LIKE YOU CLEAN THE SHOP AND THEY TEACH YOU TO PIERCE. GOOD LUCK!
