I am doing my MCA degree. To get into the software testing career, what should i concentrate into?

You can join any institutes, where education is good up to the quality.
I feel currently there were very limited institutes in india, where the education is up to the quality.

In chennai, STC is doing OK. But i dont know about rest of the places..

The best way is to have discussions with the friends or relatives who is already working in Test Environment..

As a MCA you yourself can see the test plans ans test cases on the internet and see how the testing is done.
you can also try to use some testing tools.
The best way as i see is to see various test cases and plans.

You should better go for the course where you can learn WinRunner,LoadRunner and TestDirector tools. Then go for interviews. But the names of premier institutes in Bangalore are not known to me. If anybody knows please let me know

U can just search in Google search Engine and get the Test Plans and Test Cases

now a days testing is very good in market
i am from Hyderabad
in hyd Mindq is very good for testing
i also compleated testing in Mindq

Hi,

I have completed my B.com , am I eligible to do MCA ? in +2 I was commerce only but in B.com I was having QT & Maths. Can you please suggest me ?

First of all, MCA is not a degree as it is only a university recognized (PG) diploma. MSc or MTech or other similar ones are Degrees given by university.
I don't think the term "degree" is used in an MCA certificate.
I am not sure why in India the people say MCA is a degree. It is just a recognized diploma/certification given by a university.
