My little eight month old smooth fox terrier was poisoned. I beleive the poisoning was not an accident.  Her symptoms were, several hours of diareha, severe bleeding, occasional muscle twitching especially around the eyes, dehydration, and weakness so bad she could not stand up she would just collapse. Her body must have gone into some type of shock because she just locked up.  I couldent even open her mouth to give her water.  What exact poisons do you think it was?

Sounds like it could have been parvo, they get sick with many of the same simptoms you were describing, I am not sure about the bleeding part though.  The "shock" sounds like dehydration, their body will get stiff and you can't get their mouth open.  Parvo basically causes the dehydration with the diareha and vomiting, but even it you can get liquids down them they will continue to dehydrate.  I had several puppies die and one lived long enouph to get a blood transfusion from the mother.  Just to be safe you should make sure that any puppy you get in future is vacinated befor you bring them to the same property that the other dog got sick at.
