Hello!  I am a new owner of a 2004 Toyota Rav4 and very very happy!  I have a simple question.  I live in a place with very cold winters, and therefore I have a block heater. I have been storing the end of the block heater cord under the hood while driving because I don't want the cord to be flapping around the front of the car (and scratching) while driving. I am worried I will eventually get tired of always having to access the hood in order to retrieve or store the cord.  What do others do?
  Appreciate the help,
