I have a 1995 intrepid with a 3.3. The plugs on the right...

I have a 1995 intrepid with a 3.3. The plugs on the right bank foul and it seems to be flooding on that side. When I put the high beams on the engine check light comes on? After the engine warms up for a min. it starts missing. I changed the fuel pressure reg because the pressure was 65 lbs. Had some junk in the rails and cleaned them. Changed the plugs and wires and it runs exactly the same. Had a guy check the codes...nothing...Cleared them and it runs the same.......Help.
