I measure industry stack discharges and the moisture content is measured as
percentage of water volume/volume (%H2O v/v)
Calculated by

  Water volume (m3) as vapor at 0 degrees C,
    Divided by the,
  Total volume (m3) of the sample at 0 degrees C (includes the water vapor).
    * 100

What is the moisture of air at say 30 Deg C and 50% RH expressed as %H2O v/v and how is it calculated.
