Is there a reason why you won't get the surgery done? There are plenty of benefits of doing so. For example, I have 2 indoor cats but a few times one of them has accidentally gotten out of my house. If your indoor cat gets out accidentally like mine did and shes in heat, chances are she will end up coming home pregnant by another stray male.  Plus if she gets spayed it reduces the risk of getting ovarian and mammary cancers down the line. Shes a female going  thru heat cycles so the noises aren't going to stop. She needs to be spayed. Once she is, she'll become more pleasant to live with and her odd behaviors and noises will stop.
