Our group presently uses Microsoft Project to manage multiple concurrent projects and input is done by 10-15 people.  The file is posted on a network drive.  What has been happening is when an individual does an update, often they will copy the entire file onto a local drive, update, then copy onto the network drive.  This overwrites any work done in the interim.  It is also very time consuming to have 15 people try to compete to access the file.  Is there another program we could use which would not have this problem, yet retains much of the functionality of Microsoft Project?
