I have an email from someone, and need to find out who it is from...how do i do that?

The reply to field is too unreliable as it is far to easy to clone.  However, if you look in the message header you will see the service through which the e-mail was sent together with the IP address of the sender.  Work from there.

If you right click on the email header and then click on properties, it gives you information there. If there name is not there, then there's enough info there to contact their provider with and find out who they are. The provider might not tell you who they are but they will take care of any problems you are having with them.

most emails have simple headers ..you have to turn on the full headers to see every server location back to the original server of the person id that sent it
