I HAVE THE CLASSIC SIGNS OF ITB SORENESS ON THE OUTSIDE OF MY KNEE. MY DOCTOR SAYS TO CUT DOWN ON MILEAGE AND STRETCH. SINCE THE OUTSIDE OF MY KNEE IS SORE I WAS ALWAYS TOLD NOT TO STRETCH A SORE MUSCLE OR IS THE ITB NOT CONSIDERED A MUSCLE IN THIS CASE?
