my computer is completely out of action. Every time i turn it on a error message appears after a minute. A 60 second countdown appears and when it reachs 0 the computer shuts down . Is this a virus? Does anyone know how to fix it? If you do could you please email(sorry) my friend at        pucan@eircom.net   and he will fax the reply to me. I can't get to a computer otherwise.
