My jrt is a little over a year now, she has been in heat once, but how long will it take her to be in heat agian?

Only she will tell you that. Just wait till she goes into heat again and count how many months it has been. She should stick to that pattern. The average is every 6 months or twice a year. Mine only goes into heat once every year though.
