My wife and I are married but not living together. Recently we tried to reconcile and to get pregnant again,we have a 7 yr old son together. Things didn't work out and we are now separated again. She recently told me that she was pregnant through an email, and that her plans were to abort our child. Then about a week later I receive another email stating that she did in fact have the abortion with out my consent or even consulting me on the matter. Do I have any rights? Can she legally do that? If you can give me any information in regards to my situation It would help.
