I am hoping MSN 9 will solve some of the problems I am having with MSN 8. I have a DSL line Qwest and MSN 8. Ever so often when I try to access my email the screen wants to dial into my regular telephone line. My DSL line is already open but after this dial-in my phone lien is unavailable. I have been online with Qwest and MSN. They have tried to download MSN 9 but it won't load. One man said my MSN 8 is corrupted. I wish I could pick up an upgrade MSN 9 in Salt Lake City; service is mailing an upgrade copy but it will take 4 to 10 days to receive. I guess I am just impatient. The computer stores know nothing about MSN 9. Thank you for any help you can give me. I'll probably just have to wait. albernardo1@msn.com

Recently installed MSN 9 . since then have been having problems with Olympus camera D-360L.Had no trouble before.just can't make the connections .the menu does not come up . Would appreciate any help. Thanks !

Make sure you hav'nt installed the McAfee firewall that comes with MSN 9 Premium. That can block the ports used for such items. Or check to make sure that the firewalls on your computer are not blocking the ports. (try disabling them). Pat MSNIA L3 Customer Advocate.
