my dog Hershey is a toy pincher. She has these bumps on her thigh bone.And inside the bumps are little red dots, she doesn't scratch it but it's very unattractive.if you have any info please send me back.

Same with my dog!Her name is Penny and she is also a Miniature Pincher.She also does not scratch them,and they do have little red dots on them.What are they?

Just a question...do you use frebrez? I've been hearing alot of stories about dogs and little red bumps and the use of frebrez being the cause.
