My friend is 15 years old and she is dating a guy that is 18 years
old.  Her step dad keeps threatening her and telling her that if she
doesn't stay away from her boyfriend that he is going to put a
restraining order on him.  can he do that if he isn't abusive to her
at all actually he is really nice.  My friend is really scared that she
wont ever be able to see him.  And what if her step dad is the abusive
one.
