I am a Canadian that over stayed my visa the last time I was in the USA by six months. Will I have a problem reentering the country? Is that information in a computer system some where? I did not have my passport stamped.

i have got a person called tanveer ahmed living in west yorkshire in halifax uk he came to the uk last January 06 his visa was only for 6 months stay he has now over stayed the visa  he came from Pakistan he is living at ocean fast foods on bottom of gibbert street in Halifax west Yorkshire i would like to report him to the immigrations authority
