I am planning to do Invisible ink experiment  for the science exhibition. Invisible ink was made by mixing half teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate with 30 ml of water. Now write something on a plain paper with this ink. Let it dry. Paper looks plain like before. Paint the paper with purple grape juice. Now you can read what you have written in the paper. Which acid is present in Grape juice. What is the Chemical reaction taking place here.

mix 1/4 cup of baking soda and 1/4 cup of water together and use a cotton swab or a painting brush and write your secret message. let the message dry completely or this wont work. then, paint over your message using grape juice concentrate and you will see the message! happy coding!!!!

it's erosion of the chemical on the paper which allows the purple juice to seep through.

the juice of lemons has compounds of carbon.  these compounds have almost  no colour when you dissolve them in water.  when you heat them, the carbon compounds break down and turn black.
