1989 Plymouth horizon 2.2 L w/Manual trans. When engine is cold 40 degrees or below and you first start it it runs abut 2000 to 2500 rpm for a few seconds then goes to a slower fast idle speed. If you drive the car after that it runs fast again (about 2000 RPM)until the engine reaches normal temperature then everything is OK. Is the MAP Sensor bad ? I have checked the vaccum hoses and did not see any problem. EGR Valve replaced.. no change
