what  chemical  can be added to gasoline to gel the gas enough to stop the fuel pump

Aha! Halloween, already?? Notti boys!
  So.... You wanna gum up someone's car,eh?
  There's LOTS of ways! There's also a good way to find out WHO DID THIS! Smile! Your butt will "BoB" around in a cell!!!

just put in styrafoam....it gets eatin away like acide, and it makes military grade napalm...
