How do you install pot lights with a junction box that connects the whole house electricity?

Don't do it!  My friend installed pot lights and got arrested.  The cops confiscated all his pot too!

are you talking pot lights or can lights. Can lights should be on a separate breaker just for simplicity sake and integrity of the new lighting circuit...and if by chance your talking about pot growing lights ..do you know that increases in electrical bills are used sometimes to locate  potential pot growers ?
