I've noticed that my sperm or ejaculation fluid has a yellowish base at times. Should I be concerned?

Yes, indeed you should, this infact sugests you have mucus of the testicals, you shoud certainly  seek medical attention and will most probably have to have your testicals amputated. If your urin begins to contain blood this would be a good sign sugesting that your testicals have began to heal themselves but on the other hand if they do not and you do not seek medical attention then you could posibly die or maybe just fall over and graze your shins
