I am trying to access a server running dropbear ssh over dsl using dyndns, client is Putty. Dial-up connection is no problem but I find myself mostly behind a proxy (MS ISA server). I think I can see how to make a tunnelled connection (I want, eventually, to tunnel remote desktop on Windows over the SSH link), but cannot see how I can get my DNS name resolved for the server. Putty has an entry for a proxy server but I cannot get it to work and I cannot find any explanation of how it should work. Has anyone experience of this type of connection.
