HOW LONG DOES AN INFANT HAVE TO BE INFECTED BEFORE IT WILL SHOW UP POSITIVE ON A TEST? CAN THEY BE TESTED AT BIRTH? IF THEY DEVELOPE A LATE ONSET SUCH AS MENINGITIS, AT 1 MONTH OLD,IS IT LIKELY THAT THEY WERE INFECTED FROM BIRTH?
