My last Rhodesian Ridgeback lived to be 14 years 9 months and 21 days.

Ridgebacks usually live for roughly 10-12 years but in some cases there are reports of them living for upto 16 years.

our family ridgeback lived untill she was 17.she was born the runt of 13,didn't even get a nipple,and nearly died twice.she outgrew the litter and lived longer.she was adopted by my mother and givern a whole lot of love.we grew up in an ale house.

my ridgback is 15 in november still thinks hes a pup his legs are going slightly but in good health for his age hes a great dog and its a great breed.

a regular rodesian ridgeback would probably last 12-14 yrs.

my ridgeback lived until he was 18! he was my best friend and I really miss Roger.
