My ex had a spare set of keys of my car that was parked for no insurance and expired tags, drove the car and had an accident where she wrecked my car and two others, she has no license or insurance either.
How much of the damage am I liable for?.

I am assuming that you have filed charges against her for stealing the car. If not you need to do so immediately. You also need to contact an attorney since you can expect to be sued.
