how much is a 1953 silver certificate worth in fair condition been folded in fourths slight tear at center blue stamp mark serial# D30811402A there is no "in God we trust" on it.

Hi..a common note I'm afraid 338 million were printed.Collectors can find this note in better grades.They aren't willing to pay much for circulated grades.It may be worth a few dollars over face at best but with the tear it may not even be worth that small amount.

I have a $5.00 Silver certificate. No tears on it. there is signs of it being folded. Have a price. No wife tho. And I will not give it to you either. Just checking on a price.    Thanks

Im checking how much a $1:00 silver certificate is worth. The date is 1935. I am just wanting the worth, I wont give it to anyone.

I have seen these $5 Silver certificates (1953) sell on ebay for around $40-$60.
I also have one, but mine is signed by Bela Lugosi. I wanted to get some general information on Silver Certificates. Can anyone give me a brief history???
