I amd my family are landed immigrant in New Brunswick since 5 months .We want to move to Quebec , i heared that there are certain rules to obtain quebec residency and my children will pay higher university tuition fees compared to quebec residents .What are these rules , how to obtain residency , will i be able to work , within how long my children will pay university fees as quebecoise.
