insert your windows cd and open a MS-DOS command prompt. navigate to your cd drive (in my case D) by typing D: and then enter. Then copy and paste the following command: Extract /a win98_21.cab rundll32.exe /l c:\Windows press enter. job done. xxxx

I get this message when trying to access the control panel.... Cannot find the file'C\WINDOWS\rundll32.exe' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and file name are correct and that all required libraries are available. What can I do to restore the rundll32.exe file IN WINDOWS 98 PLS ANY ONE SEND ME THE FILE I WILL BE THANKFUL YO YOU
