I compose my own music but I don't read notes.  Is there a program that can print out my notes when I play my keyboard?

Yes. There is a program that I know of, called Cakewalk. You can connect the keyboard (or any other MIDI instruments) with the computer, and notes will appear as you play. It even works with other non-midi instruments (including voice), just sing/play into the microphone and notes will appear.
Another possible program is called Finale, it is more professional:d
