does anyone know of an isaac asimov short story where a n interstellar scout find a planet where time runs so slowly that the inhabitants move too slowly to register his landing and movements. I think he decided to call it 'wait a bit' or something similar. He decides that it is too early for it to be colonised by humans from earth.
