My dog is a 12 year old Brittany Springer Spanial. She had an operation 2 weeks ago to remove alot of tumors around her stomach. She is old but I did it so that she could live longer and the doctor was leaning in that direction. Before the operation she was had occasonal throwing up with empty stomach after she drank water (only once every month or so). Now she throws up about an hour or two after eating and just after she drinks water. Her stool is very very dark. She was on antibiotics, but has been off of them for 3 days now. She is my best friend and a very good sweet girl. I have been to the vets and talking to them often. Any suggestions or food for thought is greatly appreciated. I can not think of anything else.

Thanks very much for any suggestions or things I any consider. (We have her on a diet of cooked food now, she keeps it down better)

you might want to put her on a liquid diet, like pedialite, gatorade, ect....
But you also know that really she has lived longer than most
