1984 Rabbit GTI with A/C. My resistor pack for my blower is...

1984 Rabbit GTI with A/C.  My resistor pack for my blower is shot.  "4" speed is the only setting that works on my fan.  

How do I fix this, since the part is no longer available.  Does anyone know the value of the resistor so I can solder a new one in ?
