Dear Sir,

It would be highly appreciated if you could give a feedback regarding my application which to date; I have not received a file reference number yet.
Application paper together with the processing fee has been mailed last October 25, 2001. Since there was no reply for a period of time, I sent to the following address: CANADIAN HIGH COMMISSION
Immigration and Medical Division, 38 Grosvernor Street, London W 1 K 4AA, England, UK. A letter to verify and request an update with my application last July 28,2002 in which, an advice receipt was received from your office last August 12,2002 but without any information regarding my file number. I sent another letter last march 3, 2003 for the same reason but it seem that our post office had mishandled this letter         (the copies of the mail registration slip, advice receipt and bank transfer for the processing fee available upon request)

Thank you and hoping that you would look into this matter immediately. I am at the least expecting a file reference Number to be issued against the application and processing fee that I have forwarded to your office.

Sincerely yours,
