1. WHAT IS THE LEGAL AUTHORITY AND CONDUCT GUIDELINES OF A MAGISTRATE IN CUYAHOGA JUVENILE COURT (OHIO)?
2. CAN A MAGISTRATE ALLOW A LAWYER TO RESCHEDULE THE SAME CASE; CONTINUALLY, FOR OVER 8 MONTHS (BASED ON ONE PARTY'S LAWYER'S REQUEST)?  
3. ARE THERE ANY LAWS THAT INDICATE HOW LONG A CASE IN CUYAHOGA JUVENILE COURT CAN GO ON WITHOUT FINAL JUDGMENT OR EVEN BEING HEARD IN COURT WITH BOTH PLAINTIFF AND DEFENDANT PRESENT?
4. HOW AND WHERE DO YOU REPORT THE CONDUCT OF A MAGISTRATE?
