I'm looking for a place in Cleveland Ohio to get my belly pierced? Or a place that sells piercing kits to minors in the same area?

go to the rocks or white tiger in akron. at white tiger you only have to be 14, and the rocks im not sure, i think 16. they are good quality, and they have gotten awards for great service and you can trust them. they are not that expensive, either. i got my nose and belly button done at white tiger and my industrials at the rocks.
