I already got a B1 visa for 3 months which expired on 30th Nov 2000.  Now I need to visit VS on a official task(3 month).  Do I need to attend the interview again...or I can use the drop box facility??

Yes, B1 VISA holder can avail the drop box only if your visa has expired within last 12 months. In your case, as it is 3 years old, you have to attend the personal interview at US embassy.

Hello Everyone,

I got a question for my friend.  She came here in the US as a multiple tourist visa holder and she already exceeded her 6 months stay in the US while she was filing for an extension for another 6 months.  Now, she just got a letter from the immigration that she has lack of documentation to prove why she would like to extend her stay in the US.  She thinks she got to go back to the Philippines in order not to jeopardize herself in coming back to the States.  When do you think she has to leave the country?

Any input is appreciated..thanks...

My employer again wants to send me for the same, this time what are the documents I required to carry or I need any changes in my purpose of visit ..?

Please suggest me so that this time I should be likely to get B1.
