Just recently purchased a 2002 Dodge Intrepid.  Love it. Only, after we filled it up for the first time, it acts as though something is lodged in there...causing the fuel pump to cut off when I try to put gas in the car.  Just today my husband noticed that on the inside of the fuel door is a warning "Do not top off fuel tank."  Any ideas on how to fix this problem??
