dear sir I can't raise my turbo boost over 14psi and when I did the engine make like cut off how can I to be able to raise my boost Engine 1.8 turbo

I would chance a guess and say that you're not getting enough fuel to the motor...perhaps you could upgrade your fuel injectors to ones with a higher flow rate and possibly upgrade your fuel pump?
