I  UN INSTALLED WINDOWS98 2ND EDITION AND RE DID IT.  MY JPEG PHOTOS WILL NOT OPEN NOW AND I WENT TO FOLDER OPTION AND VIEW AND FILE TAB AND I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CHANGE THAT OR MAKE A NEW FILE TO OPEN THEM. Can any one help?

right click on the file and open with internet explorer
