Abstract:
Disclosed is a successively manufactured jewel holding claw A and a jewel
assembly held by the claw. The jewel holding claw includes a plurality of
jewel holding pieces 1 successively formed in such a manner that they are
spaced at a predetermined interval from each other; and circular ring
connecting parts 2 formed between the jewel holding pieces 1 spaced from
each other, wherein the jewel holding pieces 1 and the circular ring
connecting parts 2 are repeatedly connected with each other so as to form
a structure with a strand-shape successively manufactured. It is possible
to manufacture the jewel holding claw in a successive shape, and the user
can cut the jewel holding claw, which has been successively manufactured,
to a predetermined length to be used. Therefore, anyone can perform an
operation of holding jewelry without a need for manufacturing a jewel
holding frame, regardless of skill so that low cost in holding jewelry is
secured. Also, it is possible to cut the jewel holding claw to be used,
regardless of each shape and size of processed gemstones or jewels, so
that an operation of holding jewels can be performed in a very convenient
manner. Furthermore, jewel holding pieces for holding jewels have each
shape curved upward, so that an operation of holding jewels can be
performed in a very simple manner. Also, circular ring holding parts
having each holding hole are formed at both sides of each jewel holding
piece so that it is possible to easily connect jewels with each other
through the circular ring holding part or to form a connecting part in an
easy manner without a need for installing a separate ring of an O-shape
through welding.Claims:
1. A jewel holding claw A which is successively manufactured, the jewel
holding claw comprising:a plurality of jewel holding pieces 1
successively formed in such a manner that they are spaced a predetermined
distance from each other; andcircular ring connecting parts 2 formed
between the jewel holding pieces 1 spaced from each other,wherein the
jewel holding pieces 1 and the circular ring connecting parts 2 are
repeatedly connected with each other so as to form a structure of a
strand-shape successively manufactured.
2. The jewel holding claw A as claimed in claim 1, wherein each jewel holding piece 1 has a shape curved upward and is bendable.
3. The jewel holding claw A as claimed in claim 2, wherein the jewel holding piece has one shape selected among a lozenge-shape, an oval shape, and a hexagonal shape.

The jewel holding claw A as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the circular ring connecting parts 2 may be 1 to 5, and each circular ring connecting part 2 is formed in a circular ring-shape having a holding hole 21 extending through an interior of the circular ring connecting part, or in a lozenge-shape or a rectangular shape, which has a holding hole 21 extending through an interior of the circular ring connecting part.

A jewel assembly B, in which a jewel is held by a jewel holding claw, the jewel assembly comprising:the jewel 3;the jewel holding claw A, which is cut into a length corresponding to a measured total length of an outline of the jewel 3 and fixedly holds the jewel 3 in such a manner that jewel holding pieces 1 are bent; anda wire 4, which is connected with each holding hole 21 of circular ring connecting parts 2 formed at both separate ends of the jewel holding claw A, which are adjacent to each other, and has a holding ring 41 formed by twisting the wire 4.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001]1. Field of the Invention
[0002]The present invention relates to a successively manufactured jewel holding claw and a jewel assembly held by the claw, and more particularly to a successively manufactured jewel holding claw and a jewel assembly held by the claw, which can very easily hold various jewels, such as rubies, sapphires, artificial gems, etc., regardless of kinds or sizes thereof, and allow the jewels to be easily connected with each other so that productivity increases, the jewel holding claw having a holding ring formed by a wire without a need for welding the holding ring so that a specific operating technique isn't required, and having a successively wound shape, which can be easily manufactured, so as to allow a user to cut it to a required length to be used so that jewelry accessories can be easily manufactured by using the claw.
[0003]2. Description of the Prior Art
[0004]In general, there is a typical method for holding jewelry by using a jewel holding ring, which is formed in a uniformly manufactured holding frame. In order to perform such a conventional jewel holding method, great skill of an expert is required, and the expert forms a holding frame required according to each size and kind of jewels so that manufacturing cost is very expensive. Also, the conventional jewel holding frame necessarily undergoes welding or soldering. Particularly, the jewel holding ring has to be held through a separating welding. Therefore, only skilled experts can hold such a jewel holding ring.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005]Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a successively manufactured jewel holding claw and a jewel assembly held by the claw, which allows a user to cut the successively manufactured claw to a predetermined length to be used so that anyone can perform an operation of holding jewelry without a need for manufacturing a jewel holding frame, regardless of skill, thereby securing low cost in holding jewels.
[0006]Also, another object of the present invention is to provide a successively manufactured jewel holding claw and a jewel assembly held by the claw, which can be cut to be used, regardless of each shape and size of processed gemstones or jewels, so that an operation of holding jewels can be performed in a very convenient manner.
[0007]Also, another object of the present invention is to provide a successively manufactured jewel holding claw and a jewel assembly held by the claw, which has jewel holding pieces for holding jewels, the pieces having each shape cured upward, so that an operation of holding jewels can be performed in a very simple manner.
[0008]Also, another object of the present invention is to provide a successively manufactured jewel holding claw and a jewel assembly held by the claw, which has circular ring holding parts, which have each holding hole and are formed at both sides of each jewel holding piece, so that it is possible to easily connect jewels with each other through the circular ring holding part or to form a connecting part in a easy manner without a need for installing a separate O-ring through welding.
[0009]In order to accomplish this object, there is provided a successively manufactured jewel holding claw and a jewel assembly held by the claw, which is, the jewel holding claw including: a plurality of jewel holding pieces 1 successively formed in such a manner that they are spaced a predetermined from each other; and circular ring connecting parts 2 formed between the jewel holding pieces 1 spaced from each other, wherein the jewel holding pieces 1 and the circular ring connecting parts 2 are repeatedly connected with each other so as to form a structure of a strand-shape successively manufactured.
[0010]Also, the jewel holding pieces of the successively manufactured jewel holding claw is in a shape curved upward so as to allow a user to easily perform an operation of holding jewels.
[0011]According to the present invention, in a successively manufactured jewel holding claw and a jewel assembly held by the claw, jewel holding pieces, which are successively manufactured in such a manner that they are spaced at a predetermined interval from each other and have a shape curved upward, are formed so that the user can cut the claw to a predetermined length to be used according to each size of jewels to be held. Therefore, an operation of holding jewels can be performed in a very convenient manner. Also, since the user can cut the claw into a required length according to each size of jewels to be used, regardless of the sizes of the jewels, the claw can be conveniently used without waste of materials. Furthermore, when jewels are used for a necklace and ear rings, a holding part is formed in such a manner that holding holes of circular ring connecting parts adjacent to each other are connected with each other by using a wire without a need for welding a separation ring of a O-shape into the claw so that the jewel assembly can be easily manufactured through the holding part in a convenient manner. Also, the claw is manufactured into a shape having jewel holding pieces curved upward so that an operation of holding jewels is conveniently performed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0018]Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0019]As shown, a successively manufactured jewel holding claw A according to one embodiment of the present invention has a structure shaped like a strand, which is successively manufactured in such a manner that a plurality of jewel holding pieces 1 and circular ring connecting parts 2 are repeatedly connected with each other, the jewel holding pieces 1 being successively formed in such a manner that they are spaced a predetermined interval from each other, and the circular ring connecting part 2 being formed between the jewel holding pieces 1 spaced from each other.
[0020]In the present invention, each jewel holding piece 1 of the jewel holding claw A is in a lozenge-shape extending in up and down directions. However, the shape of the jewel holding piece isn't limited to this shape. Therefore, as show in FIGS. 4a, 4b, and 4c, the shape of the jewel holding piece can be an oval shape or a hexagonal shape extending in up and down directions. Also, although it is illustrated in the present embodiment that two circular ring connecting parts 2 formed adjacent to each jewel holding piece 1 are connected with each other, the number of the circular ring connecting parts isn't limited to this. Therefore, the number of the circular ring connecting parts can be 1 or 3 to 5.
[0021]As shown in FIG, 2, the jewel holding piece 1 is formed in a shape curved upward so that the jewel holding piece 1 can be easily bent when a jewel is held.
[0022]The circular ring connecting part 2 of jewel holding claw A is formed in a circular ring-shape having a holding hole 21 extending therethrough. However, the shape of the circular ring connecting part isn't limited to this shape, and can be formed in a lozenge-shape or a rectangular shape, which has a holding hole 21 extending therethrough.
[0023]After preparing a jewel 3 to be held, the successively manufactured jewel holding claw A according to the present invention, which has such a structure, is cut to a length corresponding to a measured total length of an outline of the jewel. The jewel holding claw A surrounds the outline of the jewel, and the jewel holding pieces are bent so as to allow the jewel to be fixedly held by the jewel holding claw A. Also, a wire 4, which is made from material equal to material of the jewel holding claw A, is connected with each holding hole of circular ring connecting parts 2 formed at both separate ends of the jewel holding claw A, which are adjacent to each other, and a holding ring 41 is formed by twisting the wire 4. Accordingly, a jewel assembly B is completely manufactured.
