Abstract:
The invention is to change the current way of packing cigarettes in a pack
in order to improve and ease the way of pulling them out after opening
the pack. Current way of packing cigarettes in a pack places the
cigarettes on the same level what complicates pulling the first
cigarettes out from the pack after its opening. It also makes the smokers
touch many cigarettes in order to get only one of them, which makes the
whole process unhygienic.
The above-mentioned problem can be effectively solved by differentiating
the level of the cigarettes packed in the pack. Cigarettes in the center
of the pack are packed on a slightly higher level that the remaining
cigarettes closer to the sides of the pack; however, the differentiating
of the levels may be gained and applied to any other place in the box,
not necessarily to the cigarettes in a center.Claims:
1. Cigarettes in a pack are packed in such a way that they are placed on
differentiated levels, with some cigarettes being slightly higher than
the remaining ones.
2. The bottom of the pack is equipped with a properly shaped insert that allows the differentiated levels of the cigarettes placed in a pack.
3. The aluminum foil inside the pack should be accordingly adjusted to properly fit the new differentiated height levels of the cigarettes.
4. The insert at the bottom of the pack of cigarettes may be made of any applicable material and in any shape allowing the effect of differentiated levels of cigarettes in a pack.
5. The invention can be applied to any pack of cigarettes.
6. The differentiated levels of cigarettes can also be achieved by different length of the cigarettes packed in a pack without application of the above-described insert.
Description:
CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
[0001]This application claims the benefit of PPA Ser. No. 60/962,099, filed Jul. 26, 2007 by the present inventor, which is incorporated by reference.
OPERATING
[0002]Current way of packing cigarettes in a pack is illustrated in FIG. 1 where all cigarettes (FIG. 1 element 1) are placed in a pack (FIG. 1 element 2) on the same level. New, proposed way of packing cigarettes in a pack is demonstrated in FIG. 2. Cigarettes are placed on differentiated levels in a pack; these in the center are higher than the remaining ones, whose levels gradually decrease as they are closer to the sides of the pack. The differentiated level of the cigarettes is achieved by the properly shaped insert which is installed inside the pack on its bottom wall (FIGS. 2 and 3). The insert in a frontal, interior view of the pack, as an example, has a shape of a triangle.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0003]The figures are only example of the new way of packing cigarettes in a pack on differentiated levels for illustrating the general idea.
[0004]FIG. 1--illustration of the currently used pack with cigarettes packed on the same level
[0005]FIG. 2--illustration of the new, proposed way of packing cigarettes in a pack using the properly shaped insert, which causes that some cigarettes in the center are placed on a slightly higher level than the remaining ones
